Clear Pricing. Choose The Level Of Support That Suits You.
Some people prefer to arrange their own travel. Others would rather have accommodation and transfers organised alongside their treatment. We show pricing for both — with suitability, diagnostics and honesty kept first.
Every price below is a typical starting price. Your final quotation is confirmed in writing after your diagnostic assessment — because the right procedure and lens are clinical decisions, not menu choices.

Honest “From” Prices
Starting prices for typical cases — with a plain explanation below of what moves a price above its “from”.
Suitability First
The lowest price is useless if the procedure isn’t clinically right for your eyes. Diagnostics decide; prices follow.
No Pressure
No countdowns, no expiring offers. Compare properly, ask anything, take the time this decision deserves.
Two Ways To Do It. Same Treatment Either Way.
The clinical care is identical in both options — the difference is purely whether your travel is organised for you. LASIK or PRK is confirmed by the surgeon after diagnostics, where clinically appropriate.
Procedure Only
From £1,200For people who prefer to arrange their own travel and accommodation.
Typically includes:
- Initial consultation at the partner hospital
- Comprehensive diagnostic assessment
- LASIK or PRK procedure — both eyes, where clinically appropriate
- Immediate post-operative checks
- Initial aftercare before returning home
Not included:
Flights · Accommodation · Airport transfers · Travel arrangements · Travel insurance
Travel & Treatment
From £1,600For people who’d rather have treatment and travel organised together.
Typically includes:
- Everything in the Procedure Only option
- Five nights’ accommodation
- Airport transfers
- Transfers between the hotel and partner hospital
- Travel arrangements organised through a TURSAB-registered travel provider
Not included:
Flights · Travel insurance · Meals unless specifically stated · Personal expenses
Considering SMILE or LASEK? These are quoted individually depending on your prescription and the treating hospital — ask us and we’ll get you a straight answer.
Lens Replacement — Priced By Lens, Not By Mystery
Lens replacement pricing varies mainly because of the intraocular lens itself. So instead of one vague range, here are the two most commonly selected lens types — each with both support levels. Which lens suits you is a clinical decision made with your surgeon after a comprehensive assessment.
Trifocal Lenses
Designed to provide distance, intermediate and near vision for appropriately selected people. Whether a trifocal lens suits you depends on your eye measurements, lifestyle and visual priorities.
Procedure Only
From £3,300For people arranging their own travel.
Typically includes:
- Initial consultation
- Comprehensive diagnostic assessment
- Bilateral lens replacement surgery
- Trifocal intraocular lenses
- Immediate post-operative reviews
- Initial aftercare before returning home
Not included: Flights · Accommodation · Airport transfers · Travel arrangements · Travel insurance
Travel & Treatment
From £3,800Treatment and travel organised together.
Typically includes:
- Everything in the Procedure Only option
- Seven nights’ accommodation
- Airport transfers
- Hotel-to-hospital transfers
- Travel arrangements organised through a TURSAB-registered travel provider
Not included: Flights unless specifically stated · Travel insurance · Meals unless specifically stated · Personal expenses
EDOF (Extended Depth Of Focus) Lenses
Designed to provide a continuous range of vision, with a lower likelihood of visual disturbances than some multifocal lenses. Whether an EDOF lens is appropriate depends on your eyes, lifestyle and visual priorities — trade-offs your surgeon will walk through with you.
Procedure Only
From £4,000For people arranging their own travel.
Typically includes:
- Initial consultation
- Comprehensive diagnostic assessment
- Bilateral lens replacement surgery
- EDOF intraocular lenses
- Immediate post-operative reviews
- Initial aftercare before returning home
Not included: Flights · Accommodation · Airport transfers · Travel arrangements · Travel insurance
Travel & Treatment
From £4,800Treatment and travel organised together.
Typically includes:
- Everything in the Procedure Only option
- Seven nights’ accommodation
- Airport transfers
- Hotel-to-hospital transfers
- Travel arrangements organised through a TURSAB-registered travel provider
Not included: Flights unless specifically stated · Travel insurance · Meals unless specifically stated · Personal expenses
Monofocal and toric lens options are also available where clinically appropriate — pricing confirmed individually after assessment. Prices last updated: July 2026.
How Travel Arrangements Work
Turkey Laser Guide is not a travel agency, and we don’t sell travel packages.
If you choose a Travel & Treatment option, accommodation and ground transport are organised by a TURSAB-registered travel provider — Turkey’s official association of licensed travel agencies. Turkey Laser Guide coordinates your introduction to the partner hospital and helps make sure the clinical and travel arrangements fit together smoothly.
Whichever option you choose, the clinical care is identical — and your treatment quotation is confirmed in writing after your diagnostic assessment, before anything proceeds.
What “From” Actually Means Here
A “from” price is only honest if a typical person can actually get it. So here’s what can move a final quotation above the starting prices on this page:
- Your diagnostic findings — complexity of prescription, corneal profile, or a different procedure being recommended after assessment.
- The lens recommendation — for lens replacement, a different lens type than you’d anticipated (in either direction).
- Accommodation choices — upgrading the included hotel, extending your stay, or travelling in peak periods where travel-provider rates differ.
What never happens: a price that changes after treatment, or costs added without being agreed in writing first. If diagnostics change the recommendation, you get the revised quotation in writing — and the decision to proceed remains entirely yours.
The Lowest Quotation Isn’t Always The Best Value
Two providers can advertise the same price for very different things. Whoever you’re comparing — including us — ask:
What Exactly Is Included?
Diagnostics, surgeon and hospital fees, medication, post-operative reviews — itemised in writing, not implied.
Which Lens Or Platform?
For lens replacement: which intraocular lens, by name. For laser: which platform. “Modern technology” is not an answer.
What If The Recommendation Changes?
If assessment points to a different procedure or lens, how does the price change — and when do you find out?
What If Surgery Shouldn’t Proceed?
What does the written refund policy say if you’re found unsuitable after travelling? Read it before booking anything.
Who Arranges The Travel?
Is accommodation organised by a licensed travel provider, the hospital, or nobody? Who do you call if it goes wrong?
How Is Aftercare Organised?
What’s included in Turkey, and what should be arranged for your return home — agreed before you travel, not after.
Costs That Sit Outside Any Option
Whichever level of support you choose, budget honestly for the things no treatment price includes:
- Return flights — often the smallest line, but yours to arrange
- Travel insurance that genuinely covers planned treatment abroad — standard policies often don’t; check the exclusions
- Meals, local transport and personal expenses
- A companion’s flights and costs, if someone travels with you
- Follow-up care after returning home, where applicable
- Flexibility in your return date — your flight home should fit clinical clearance, not the other way round

Pricing Questions, Answered Straight
How much does laser eye surgery in Turkey cost?
LASIK or PRK starts from £1,200 for both eyes (Procedure Only), or from £1,600 with five nights’ accommodation and transfers organised through a TURSAB-registered travel provider (Travel & Treatment). Your final quotation is confirmed in writing after diagnostic assessment. SMILE and LASEK are quoted individually.
How much does lens replacement cost?
Trifocal lens replacement starts from £3,300 (Procedure Only) or £3,800 (Travel & Treatment, seven nights). EDOF lenses start from £4,000 and £4,800 respectively. The right lens is a clinical decision made with your surgeon after assessment — and it’s the main reason lens replacement prices vary.
What’s the difference between Procedure Only and Travel & Treatment?
The clinical care is identical. Travel & Treatment adds accommodation (five nights for laser, seven for lens replacement), airport and hotel-to-hospital transfers — organised by a TURSAB-registered travel provider. Procedure Only suits people who’d rather arrange their own travel.
Can the price change after my assessment?
It can — if diagnostics show a different procedure or lens is more appropriate. If that happens, you receive the revised quotation in writing before anything proceeds, and the decision to continue is entirely yours. Prices never change after treatment.
Are flights included?
No — flights aren’t included in either option. Book flexible or refundable fares where you can, with your return planned around clinical clearance rather than the other way round.
Why are some providers much cheaper?
Sometimes legitimately — different lenses, technology or what’s bundled. Sometimes because the headline price omits things you’ll pay for anyway. Compare like-for-like using the questions above, and treat any provider who won’t itemise in writing as having answered your question.
Is the cheapest option safe to choose?
Price alone tells you nothing about suitability screening, surgical experience or aftercare. The right order is: suitability first, provider quality second, price third. A cheap procedure you weren’t suitable for is the most expensive thing on this page.
Do you provide medical advice?
No. Turkey Laser Guide provides general information and coordination only. All clinical decisions — including which procedure and which lens — are made by licensed ophthalmologists after a comprehensive diagnostic assessment.
